Returns Policy

Purchased items are eligible for a refund of the item value for 60-days from the order date. Initial order shipping costs are not refunded. Items must meet the following eligibility requirements to receive a refund:  

  • Apparel item(s) must be in new condition, defined as unworn and unwashed with the tags attached and free of any stains, dirt, markings or odor.  
  • Footwear must be in new condition, defined as unworn and undamaged with no stains, dirt, markings or odor, and returned in the original, undamaged shoe box within the shipping package.  

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, it will be shipped back to you.

The Return Process

  1. Your order package includes a pre-paid postage label for your convenience. 
  2. Pack the item(s) in the appropriate sized package, seal and attach the label.
  3. Make sure to include your order receipt page, and/or the six-digit order number so it can be identified.
  4. We recommend writing down, or taking a photo of your tracking number on the return label so you can follow its progress.
  5. Drop off with your local US Post Office.

Once the returned item is received, if it meets the eligibility requirements it will be processed and refunded back to the form of payment used for the initial purchase transaction. 

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges for a different style, size or color follow the same process as a return. Just follow the returns process below, and then purchase the replacement item with a new order anytime at your convenience.

    Excessive Returns

    We offer a free, easy returns process to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and excessive returns and/or abuse of the returns policy will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account and future orders being declined.
