Returns Policy

Purchased items are eligible for a refund for 30-days from the order date. Initial order shipping costs are not refunded. Items must meet the following eligibility requirements to receive a refund:  

  • Apparel item(s) must be in new condition, defined as unworn and unwashed with the tags attached and free of any stains, dirt, markings or odor.  
  • Footwear must be in new condition, defined as unworn and undamaged with no stains, dirt, markings or odor, and returned in the original, undamaged shoe box within the shipping package.  

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, it will be shipped back to you.

The Return Process

  1. Your order package includes a bulk pre-paid postage label for your convenience (domestic US orders only, does not apply to International orders). 
  2. Pack the item(s) in the appropriate sized package, seal and attach the return label.
  3. Make sure to include your order receipt page, or the six-digit order number, so it can be identified when it arrives back at the warehouse.
  4. Write down, or take a digital photo, of the tracking number on the bulk return label so you can follow its progress and confirm its arrival.
  5. Drop off with your local US Post Office.

Once the returned item is received, if it meets the eligibility requirements it will be processed and refunded back to the form of payment used for the initial purchase transaction.

A return/refund confirmation email will be sent to you when it is processed. 

Exchange Process

Product exchanges for a different style, size or color follow the same process as a return. Just follow the returns process, then you can purchase the replacement item with a new order anytime at your convenience.  

    Once the returned item is received, if it meets the eligibility requirements it will be processed and refunded back to the form of payment used for the initial purchase transaction. 

    Excessive Returns

    We offer a free, easy returns process to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and excessive returns and/or abuse of the returns policy will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account and future orders being declined.
